Junior Assistant Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Assistant Manager to support the General Manager to support the General Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks. In this role, you will assist in overseeing an ongoing construction project and ensure smooth operations within the team. This is an ideal position for a recent graduate who is interested in chemistry and wants to gain first work expeirence in an international environment.
What you will do:
- Suport the General Manager with daily tasks.
- Monitor the ongoing construction project and report on progress. This includes requesting quotes, contactingvarious suppliers, handling permit-related administration, etc.
- Prepare documents, emails, presentations, and simple reports.
- Contribue to the smooth running of internal processs and small practical tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for operational questions and internal support.
Who we are looking for:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in a general field.
- Interest or experience in chemistry and laboratory environments is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of office software (MS Office, Outlook).
- Good knowledge of English is must.
- Willingness to work in an international team and adapt to different work cultures.
- Hands-on mentality is required for this role.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
- Team-player who can provide support where needed.
