Pseudomonic Acid is a potent antibiotic produced by Pseudomonas fluorescens. Pseudomonic Acid has broad-spectrum activity against Gram-positive bacteria.
Pseudomonic Acid is soluble in ethanol, methanol, DMF and DMSO. It has limited water solubility.
|Mechanism of Action||Pseudomonic acid acts as a potent and selective inhibitor of isoleucyl-tRNA synthetase.|
