TOKU-E company is seeking an individual who is ready to take their career to the next level by joining our team as a Biotechnology Account Manager in Bellingham, WA. This position gives you the chance to travel the world meeting with customers in order to build and maintain strong client relationships. We are looking for someone who has or is working towards a degree in the Life Sciences (Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, etc.) with the drive and passion for account management, customer service, and sales, with the ability to become knowledgeable in a variety of different products. Sales and/or customer service experience is a plus! In-house training will be given, and our team will provide constructive feedback to help guide your career as an account manager at TOKU-E.

As an account manager you will:
• Service existing customer accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts

• Speak with customers via phone, email, and in person

• Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential markets

• Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature

• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, and developing solutions

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

Compensation includes: base salary, commission, health benefits, 401k, and fully paid travel opportunities.
